My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but noise from other guests was a problem. The morning brightness was a bit bothersome, and there were some issues with extra charges for linens. However, overall, the accommodations were decent with minor inconveniences.
The hotel has a fantastic location, with great views of the Brisbane River from the rooms. The staff is excellent and very helpful, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms could be improved. The parking basement is tight to maneuver in and out of.
